BB Puzzle Games built the "ไร่-งาน-วา" app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by BB Puzzle Games at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at "ไร่-งาน-วา" unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Location Information

"ไร่-งาน-วา" is a land measurement app, and access to your device's precise location (GPS) is a core requirement of the Service. We use your location to plot boundary points, calculate the area of a land plot, and guide you to a saved plot's location. Location data is used and stored on your device to perform these measurements and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Third-party services embedded in the app, such as Google Play Services and AdMob, may separately process location-derived data (such as approximate location) as described in their own privacy policies linked above. You can disable location access at any time in your device's settings, though doing so will prevent the app's core measurement features from working.

Camera and Photos

The app may request access to your device's camera and photo library so that you can attach a photo of a land title deed or other reference image to a saved plot. Photos you choose to attach are stored on your device together with the plot data and are not uploaded to our servers. If you wish to change this access, you may do so in your device's settings.

Mobile Device Access

We may request access or permission to other features from your mobile device beyond those described above. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

Log Data

Whenever you use my Service, the AdMob SDK used to serve ads may collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, advertising ID, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Advertising Identifiers

The app uses AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and to help prevent fraud. You can reset or limit ad tracking for your device in your device's settings. If you choose to limit ad tracking, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

The app uses Firebase Analytics to understand which features are used, and Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash and error reports so that I can identify and fix problems. These tools may collect information such as app usage events, device model, operating system version, app version, and, in the case of a crash, diagnostic information like stack traces. This information is not used to identify you personally and is used solely to improve the app's stability and features. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you will be shown a consent form before this data is collected, and you can change your choice at any time from the app's menu ("Privacy Options").

Service Providers

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;
• To provide the Service on our behalf;
• To perform Service-related services; or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Security

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
